as a mom of two, im no stranger to how the baby days are.
has anyone else every notice the baby commercials? you know the ones. the moms looks like shes never missed a nights sleep, let alone just gave birth. the house is spotless, and everyone is cheerful, and simply bliss... my oldest is almost 3 and iv yet to look that good and have that "perfect bliss".
now sure its encouraging to moms to be, but its also misleading to the gullible lol
in real life even with help you will be tired, with a nice muffin top. a big tip i give all my mom to be's is "let the house go for a while" "dont expect more the 4hrs sleep if that" you see where this is going.
in essence, be real, while there are those blissful moments dont expect them to happen as such.
and for the record my kids are 2 and 1 and iv yet to see my spotless house!
